NOTICE: Increase in Return Fee

Effective immediately, please be advised that the return fee for orders placed on May 2, 2024, will be adjusted from $12 to $15. This change will apply to all return requests made from this specified day onward.

Items purchased through macduggal.com may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of your order's delivery date. Upon return, customers will receive their refund back to the original form of payment within this timeframe. Alternatively, if opted, customers may choose to receive store credit. All apparel must be in new, unworn condition with intact pink security ribbon and all original tags/accessories attached.  Handbags must be in their original condition, with all tags and protective material intact. Items marked as 'Final Sale' are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We will provide you with a FedEx return label, and a $15 label fee will be deducted from your final refund.

FREE EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

We provide two exchange options: Instant Exchange or Standard Exchange

  • Instant Exchange: Your exchange will be ordered once submitted. A temporary hold will be placed on your credit card. If the item/s from an Instant Exchange are not scanned by the carrier within 14 days, the full amount of the exchange will be charged to the card.
  • Standard Exchange: Your exchange order will be processed once the carrier scans your return. All exchanges are shipped with standard shipping.
  • You will receive an email with your new order number.
  • We are unable to cancel exchange orders due to our extremely efficient processing times.
  • Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued as a refund.

FOR ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

  • Store credit, if chosen, is issued via a discount code and can be used to make a future purchase.
  • We’re pleased to offer one free exchange per order. If you decide to return your exchange item(s), the $15 return label fee will apply and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Any original shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
  • Only send back items after first creating your return/exchange in our Returns Center. Items shipped back to us without an RMA and Mac Duggal-issued shipping label will not be processed — no exceptions.
  • Apparel of any kind without intact pink security ribbons will not be processed for returns or exchanges - no exceptions
  • Please allow up to 10 business days from when your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. We will update you via email once we've issued your refund.
  • We reserve the right to deactivate customer accounts if we identify unusual or excessive returns activity. Large or oversized return packages may be subject to additional shipping fees for which the customer will be responsible.
  • Please take care when trying on your items. Without exception, we will not offer refunds or exchanges for garments that come back with makeup, deodorant marks, missing tags, alterations, snags, rips, tears, pet hair, odors, stains, or any other type of damage or signs of wear.
  • Handbags must be in their original condition, with all tags and protective material intact, to be eligible for a return or exchange. Without exception, we will not offer refunds or exchanges for handbags that come back with any type of damage. This includes but is not limited to missing tags, snags, rips, tears, odors, stains, dust covers, straps, metal protective film, etc.
  • All components of the handbag must be included in your return. Our team will inspect for missing parts, such as removable straps, upon delivery to our warehouse. If any component is missing, the return will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
  • Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once purchased, these items cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size, color, or product.

Should your item arrive damaged or missing parts (straps, dust bag, accents, etc.), please contact customercare@macduggal.com within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim. Please include the following information in your email: order number, description of damages/issue, and clear photo(s) of the damage.
